Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Earthtacular.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Due to the hygienic nature of our compostable pet waste products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
